Overview:


As a TAS specializing in Profile Screening, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and suitability of candidates for our organization's services. You will be responsible for screening candidate profiles, assessing their qualifications, skills, and experience, and determining their fit for specific roles or projects. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to make informed decisions will contribute to the success of our service delivery process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Profile Screening: Review candidate profiles received through various channels, including job portals, referrals, and internal databases, to assess their suitability for specific roles or projects.
  • Qualification Assessment: Evaluate candidates' education, certifications, and professional qualifications to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
  • Skills Evaluation: Assess candidates' technical skills, expertise, and experience relevant to the role or project, using standardized assessment tools or interviews as necessary.
  • Experience Verification: Validate candidates' work experience, employment history, and achievements through reference checks, employment verification, and other means.
  • Fit Analysis: Analyze candidates' profiles against client specifications and project requirements, identifying potential matches and recommending suitable candidates for further consideration.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, assessments, and screening outcomes in the recruitment database or applicant tracking system.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates to provide feedback on their profiles, clarify requirements, and guide them through the screening process.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and client representatives to understand their needs and preferences, align screening criteria, and ensure a smooth candidate selection process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the profile screening process, adhering to established standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the profile screening process, proposing enhancements, tools, or methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a focus on candidate screening and assessment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR tools and technologies.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
