Job Opportunity: Arabic + English Speaking Travel Support Agent
Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Work from Office)
Shift: 24×7 Rotational
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are actively hiring Travel Support Agents fluent in Arabic and English to join our on-site team in Thane. If you're passionate about customer service and have prior GDS experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Role Details:
Position: Travel Support Agent (Voice Process)
Languages Required: Arabic + English (C2 level proficiency – Voice)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a GDS process
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Salary Range: ₹7.5 – ₹8 LPA
Work Mode: On-site (Thane, Maharashtra)
Key Requirements:
Strong Spoken skills in both Arabic and English
Prior experience with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Ability to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment
