Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for trainers, internal teams, and various functional roles across the organization. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent that aligns with our mission and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

• Hire trainers, internal administrative teams, academic coordinators, and other EdTech roles as required.

• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

• Develop and post job descriptions across job portals and social media platforms.

• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.

• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.

• Coordinate and manage campus recruitment drives when needed.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Support HR activities as needed, including onboarding formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in EdTech or training-based organizations.

• Strong sourcing skills through job portals, social media, and networking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and HR tools.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience hiring trainers or academic staff.

• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
