Project Executive

Job Description Position: Project Executive Experience: 2- 3 yrs Location: Chennai Roles and Responsibilities: Creating a project plan and managing the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule to ensure that all tasks are completed on time. Overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, organizing, and supervising staff. Managing the budget and making adjustments as needed to stay within limits Creating and managing the organization's fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives Working closely with stakeholders to monitor project progress and identify issues that may arise during the course of the project Reviewing project documents such as scope statements, schedules, and budgets for accuracy. Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status. Developing a detailed project plan based on client requirements and objectives. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects, including resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
