As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IZI, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fulfill the current and future hiring needs of the company. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and role requirements effectively. - Develop and implement efficient sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract high-quality candidates. - Manage the complete recruitment process from posting job openings to negotiating offers. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation. - Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for streamlined recruitment processes. - Support employer branding activities to elevate the company's reputation as an employer of choice. - Establish and nurture a robust talent pipeline to cater to future hiring requirements. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role. - Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools. - Experience working with applicant tracking systems. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
