Role Description — Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-Site, Nagpur)

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Nagpur. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent. You will actively collaborate with the founders, shape hiring strategies, and build a strong employer brand to support Tifstay’s fast-paced growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across tech & business roles
• Source, evaluate, and screen potential candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct interviews and coordinate evaluation processes with hiring teams/founders
• Lead onboarding for new hires
• Build and execute employer branding and talent pipeline strategies
• Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment metrics
• Partner closely with leadership to align hiring needs with business goals

Qualifications

• Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → onboarding)
• Hands-on experience conducting professional interviews and assessments
• Knowledge of technical hiring and startup-style recruitment
• Understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-driven startup environment
• Experience in a technology-focused or SaaS startup is an advantage
