Role Description — Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-Site, Nagpur) We are hiring a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Nagpur. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent. You will actively collaborate with the founders, shape hiring strategies, and build a strong employer brand to support Tifstay’s fast-paced growth. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across tech & business roles Source, evaluate, and screen potential candidates through multiple channels Conduct interviews and coordinate evaluation processes with hiring teams/founders Lead onboarding for new hires Build and execute employer branding and talent pipeline strategies Maintain hiring dashboards and recruitment metrics Partner closely with leadership to align hiring needs with business goals Qualifications Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → onboarding) Hands-on experience conducting professional interviews and assessments Knowledge of technical hiring and startup-style recruitment Understanding of employer branding and talent engagement strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-driven startup environment Experience in a technology-focused or SaaS startup is an advantage Location 📍 Nagpur — On-site role Why Join Tifstay?
