Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help grow our IT teams by attracting and hiring top tech talent. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and attracting candidates to screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements, team goals, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source top tech talent through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, work India, Workable and job boards, employee referrals, social platforms, etc.).
  • Manage the entire recruiting process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability, culture fit, and motivation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding.
  • Maintain trackers and update the status every day.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT/technical and Non-IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Solid understanding of software development roles (e.g., developers, testers, Research Analysist, Customer Support, Implementation engineers, Sales, etc.).
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, Etc.).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
