Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Chandigarh. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also work on employer branding initiatives, collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Experience in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
