Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist Location – Gurugram - Sector 74 A (Onsite) Job Type - Full time Shift Timings - UK Shift (12PM –9PM IST) Please Note: This job requires the ability to work in UK Shifts (12 PM - 9 PM IST) Local candidates preferred. Our office is at DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74a, Gurugram Experience Level: 2-5 years of experience in recruitment Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Recruiting : Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers. Candidate Screening : Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to identify qualified candidates. Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team culture. Candidate Experience : Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and open communication throughout the recruitment process. Interviewing : Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person), assess candidate qualifications, and align them with job requirements. Offer Negotiation & Onboarding : Extend offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding. Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends, compensation data, and competitor hiring practices. Diversity & Inclusion : Support the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives through inclusive recruitment practices. Qualifications: Experience : 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition. Experience in tech, healthcare, or specific industries is a plus. Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Show more Show less
