Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our recruitment process. This role involves evaluating various recruitment channels, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience to meet our organization's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy Development : Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies Job Description Management : Create and update detailed job descriptions and specifications to attract suitable candidates Candidate Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates Resume Screening : Review and assess resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Interview Coordination : Conduct interviews using various selection methods and coordinate with hiring managers for feedback Candidate Evaluation : Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with organizational needs Onboarding Support : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company Reporting : Provide analytical and well-documented reports on recruitment metrics and activities Employer Branding : Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice through various channels Qualifications & Skills: Educational Backgroun d: Any graduate; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Experienc e: Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting. Technical Proficienc y: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Communication Skill s: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Interpersonal Skill s: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skill s: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Recruitment Knowledg e: Understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
