Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with good English communication skills and a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates' communication, attitude, and job suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and position requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent written and good spoken English communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
