.Key Responsibilities:Customer Success & Relationship Management:

Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing ongoing support, updates, and performance insights.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client goals.Talent Acquisition Expertise:

Understand and support client hiring goals through tailored TA strategies and consultation.

Collaborate with internal TA teams to ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates.

Track hiring metrics, candidate experience, and onboarding outcomes to ensure success.Client Handling & Strategic Partnership:

Build long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and value.

Lead client onboarding, training, and adoption of services or platforms.

Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs and proactively offering solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, TA Account Management, or HR Consulting.

Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, tools, and metrics.

Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
