Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad content that supports campaign goals. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: B. Tech in any discipline, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
