Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of client performance campaigns—from content evaluation to ad execution and result delivery.

The ideal candidate understands what converts, knows how to guide creatives, and can scale campaigns profitably across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
  • Analyze client content and suggest improvements for better conversions
  • Coordinate with video editors & designers to create high-converting ad creatives (reels, videos, static posts)
  • Write or guide ad copy, hooks, and CTAs aligned with campaign goals
  • Monitor daily performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
  • Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ads
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Share regular performance reports and insights with the internal team/clients
  • Work closely with account managers to align performance goals with business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Clear understanding of funnels, lead generation & e-commerce campaigns
  • Ability to analyze creatives and suggest data-backed improvements
  • Experience working with editors/designers to build converting ads
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs is a plus
