Role Overview:


We re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can own the performance of our paid acquisition channels end-to-end - with a direct line of sight to pipeline, SQOs, and revenue.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across search and paid social (primarily Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, run, and optimize high-intent Google/Bing search & display campaigns across NA, EU/UK, ANZ, and India/APAC to drive SQOs and pipeline.
  • Build and optimize LinkedIn paid campaigns for ABM account lists, retargeting, and key personas.
  • Lead experimentation & CRO across ads and landing pages with clear hypotheses, tests, and learnings.
  • Own channel performance reporting (by campaign/segment/region) and recommend budget shifts to scale what works.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to keep tracking, attribution, and reporting accurate in HubSpot/Salesforce/analytics.
  • Collaborates with the product marketing team to develop landing pages and creatives

What youll be measured on

  • Pipeline generated from paid channels
  • SQOs and opportunities sourced or influenced by paid search + paid social.
  • Conversion rates: Click Lead, Lead SQL, SQL SQO.
  • Efficiency metrics: CPL, CPSQL, CPSQO, and channel-level CAC.

Requirements

Must Haves

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on B2B performance marketing experience (SaaS strongly preferred).
  • Strong experience with:
*Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Bing Ads/Meta/Reddit/other channels are a plus).
*Analytics tools (GA4 or equivalent).
*Marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record of:
*Owning and improving pipeline and opportunity metrics, not just clicks and leads.
*Running structured experiments and demonstrating data-driven decision making.
  • High proficiency in Excel/Sheets for analysis (pivots, lookups, basic modelling).
  • Ability to write clear, concise ad copy aligned to ICP pain points and value propositions.
  • Comfortable working with global markets (NA, EU/UK, ANZ, India/APAC).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in security, compliance, or B2B infrastructure software.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools/plays (intent data, account lists, matched audiences).
  • Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and workflows (Make.com / n8n)
  • Exposure to CRO and landing page optimisation tools (e.g. Hotjar, VWO, Google Optimize/historic).
