We are now looking for a
detail-obsessed, process-driven Performance Marketer
to join our growing performance marketing team and support a marquee hospitality / hotel chain client
. This role is critical to ensuring flawless campaign execution, platform hygiene, and tracking excellence across paid media channels.
Role Overview-
This is a
mid-level performance marketing role
focused on execution excellence. You will act as the backbone of campaign delivery owning trafficking, tracking, platform hygiene, and launch readiness across multiple digital platforms. You ll work closely with media planners, buyers, analysts, creatives, and client services to ensure campaigns go live accurately, on time, and fully aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities-
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Own end-to-end campaign setup and trafficking across
Meta Ads, Google Ads (Display Network & Demand Gen), TikTok Ads
, and similar platforms. - Ensure accurate implementation of creatives, audience layers, naming conventions, budgets, and tracking parameters.
- Coordinate closely with planning and strategy teams to support
on-time, error-free campaign launches
. - Set up
UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and audience targeting
in line with agency-wide SOPs. - Conduct rigorous
pre-launch QA and post-launch audits
to ensure campaign accuracy and stability.
Platform & Data Hygiene
- Maintain clean, consistent campaign structures, naming conventions, and account taxonomy.
- Ensure correct tagging, pixel implementation, and attribution alignment for reliable performance measurement.
- Monitor daily delivery and proactively flag trafficking issues, tracking discrepancies, or under-delivery risks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between media planners, analysts, creative teams, and client servicing.
- Share trafficking specifications, templates, and timelines with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on platform changes and proactively share tagging guidelines and best practices with the team.
Process Management & Documentation
- Maintain and enhance SOPs, QA checklists, and trafficking playbooks tailored to
hospitality and eCommerce campaigns
. - Create trackers, timelines, and implementation frameworks to manage large-scale and multi-market campaign launches.
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Enable clean data collection by ensuring accurate tagging and campaign setup.
- Support analytics and finance teams with campaign reconciliation and spend tracking where required.
Requirements

3-5 years
of experience in digital media operations, performance marketing, or ad operations within an agency environment. - Hands-on expertise with
Google Ads (Display & Demand Gen), Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager
. - Strong understanding of
UTMs, pixels, attribution models, GA4, GTM
, and conversion tracking. - Exceptional attention to detail with a
process-first mindset
. - Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
for trackers, pacing sheets, and operational documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using debugging tools such as
Meta Pixel Helper
and Google Tag Assistant
. - Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a
fast-paced agency environment
with evolving priorities.
