Key Responsibilities : Accounts & Bookkeeping : Maintain day-to-day accounting operations in Tally/ERP. Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and reconcile ledgers. Oversee billing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger. Project Costing & Budgeting : Track and manage project-wise costs. Assist in budgeting and variance analysis for each real estate project. Monitor expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Taxation & Compliance : Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory and internal audits. Ensure compliance with RERA, TDS on property transactions, and other real estate regulations. MIS & Reporting : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Generate MIS reports for management including cash flow, project profitability, and expense summaries. Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making. Banking & Finance : Manage bank transactions, loan documentation, and reconciliations. Liaise with banks for fund requirements and project finance. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide regular training, mentorship, and performance reviews for team members. Foster a collaborative environment to encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the sales department. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and real estate agents. Ensure effective communication and follow-ups with clients to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Work on high-value deals and represent the company in meetings and negotiations with clients. Sales Performance Analysis: Track, monitor, and analyze team sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
