Hospitality Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hospitality & Guest Services

• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all visitors, clients, and internal teams.
  
• Manage front desk/reception operations and guest handling procedures.
  
• Coordinate hospitality arrangements for meetings, corporate events, and high-profile visits.
  
• Supervise pantry services and support staff for seamless hospitality experiences.
  

2. Office Ambience Management

• Maintain high standards in workplace aesthetics and cleanliness.
  
• Monitor lighting, temperature, fragrance, and general ambience to ensure a comfortable and visually appealing environment.
  
• Collaborate with admin or design teams on interior decor, seating arrangements, and seasonal themes.
  

3. Housekeeping Management

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
  
• Supervise in-house and outsourced housekeeping teams to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists.
  
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
  

4. Vendor & Staff Coordination

• Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping supplies, uniforms, pantry items, and other consumables.
  
• Monitor service quality and ensure vendor compliance with agreed SLAs.
  
• Train, guide, and evaluate support staff in line with company expectations.
  

5. Budgeting & Reporting

• Manage budgets related to hospitality and housekeeping services.
  
• Track inventory, consumption, and procurement needs.
  
• Prepare reports on service performance, guest feedback, and improvement areas.
