Hospitality Manager

We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in hospitality and hotel management, with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch service to our guests.

• Manage guest handling, including welcoming visitors, clients, and vendors, and ensuring their comfort during their visit.
• Coordinate meeting room management, arranging rooms, seating, cleanliness, and required equipment.
• Provide refreshments and ensure the comfort of guests during meetings and events.
• Maintain housekeeping coordination, monitoring staff and service quality, and ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in reception, office areas, and common spaces.
• Coordinate pantry and refreshment management, ensuring availability of tea, coffee, water, and snacks.
• Book hotels, transport, and tickets for employees and guests.
• Interact with service providers such as housekeeping, catering, and travel agencies.
• Assist in organizing small internal events, trainings, and client visits.
• Maintain visitor logs, bills, and hospitality-related documentation.
