Job Description

Job Overview:

The Sales Head will oversee all sales operations within the real estate sector, working closely with a dynamic team to drive business growth, meet sales targets, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, and ensuring the execution of various sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution:


    • Develop, implement, and optimize a sales strategy to increase market share in the Surat real estate market.
    • Align sales strategy with overall business goals and objectives of the real estate group.
    • Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine sales tactics.
  • Team Leadership & Management:


    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Provide regular training, mentorship, and performance reviews for team members.
    • Foster a collaborative environment to encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the sales department.
  • Client Relationship Management:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and real estate agents.
    • Ensure effective communication and follow-ups with clients to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Work on high-value deals and represent the company in meetings and negotiations with clients.
  • Sales Performance Analysis:


    • Track, monitor, and analyze team sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    • Evaluate sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Marketing & Branding:


    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that will generate leads and enhance brand visibility in Surat.
    • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to drive sales performance.
    • Promote new properties, projects, and offers through both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management:


    • Monitor the sales budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
    • Control costs and ensure that the sales team operates within budget constraints.
  • Business Development & Networking:


    • Identify and explore new business opportunities, including partnerships and joint ventures.
    • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to build the companys brand presence.
    • Work with real estate developers and agents to explore new project developments and sales channels.
