About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Ad Operations Specialist to manage, optimize,

and analyze digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting, with strong analytical

and communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns across display, video, native, social, and mobile

platforms.

  • Handle the full campaign lifecycle from setup and endorsement to delivery, optimization, and

post-campaign analysis.

  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPM to

ensure campaign effectiveness.

  • Generate and analyze daily/weekly reports to derive actionable insights and recommend

data-driven optimizations.

  • Ensure campaigns meet platform guidelines, brand safety, and internal quality standards.
  • Work closely with publishers, affiliates, and internal stakeholders (sales, account management,

creative teams) for seamless campaign execution.

  • Utilize analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, MoEngage, or

similar) to measure performance and attribution.

  • Maintain deep understanding of all ad formats display, video, native, rich media, and

performance-based ads.

  • Continuously test creatives, placements, and audiences to maximize ROI and conversion

efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ad analytics and campaign management tools.
  • Proven knowledge of CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPM campaign models.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.• Working knowledge of digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Taboola, etc.).
  • Understanding of tracking tools, attribution, and compliance standards.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).
  • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related ad tech platforms.
