Ad Ops Manager

As a Digital Ad Operations Specialist at Techno India Group working on Digital Media products like aajkaal.in, daakbangla.com, and millenniumpost.in, your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of digital ads in alignment with performance objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Management & Execution: - Set up, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns on various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic DSPs, and ad servers like Google Ad Manager. - Implement and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and other ad-serving technologies. - Ad Trafficking & Tag Management: - Manage ad trafficking, creative uploads, and quality assurance processes to guarantee proper delivery. - Collaborate with third-party ad tags, rich media, and verification tools such as DoubleVerify and MOAT. - Optimization & Performance Analysis: - Keep track of campaign KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc., and offer data-driven insights for enhancements. - Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad formats, and targeting strategies. - Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: - Identify and resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and tracking errors promptly. - Ensure adherence to industry standards like IAB guidelines and brand safety policies. - Reporting & Client Communication: - Generate comprehensive performance reports and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate with media buyers, analysts, and creative teams to optimize campaigns effectively. Qualifications Required: - Experience of 3-5+ years in digital advertising, ad operations, or a similar role. - Proficiency in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets. - Technical knowledge including experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and ad-serving technologies would be advantageous. - Soft skills like being detail-oriented, having an analytical mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are essential. - Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) along with familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA are desirable.,
