Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain property features and benefits.
  • Understand client requirements and provide property solutions that match their needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property prices, and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
