Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements and budgets.
  • Maintain knowledge of current property listings, market conditions, and legal requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with clients, while coordinating with legal and documentation teams.
  • Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on competitors offerings, pricing, and market trends.
