Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups
Participate in property site visits and client meetings
Help prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for potential buyers and investors
Maintain and update the client database (CRM tools)

Marketing Activities:

Support in executing marketing campaigns (both digital and offline)
Assist in content creation for social media, brochures, emailers, and websites
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Help in organizing promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions

Digital Marketing:

Manage and post content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor online engagement and provide performance reports
Collaborate with graphic designers and digital teams for campaigns
