Role Overview:

The General Manager Marketing will spearhead the strategic marketing initiatives for luxury residential and commercial developments in Gurugram. The role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the luxury real estate segment, strong brand management acumen, and expertise in crafting premium positioning strategies that appeal to high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Develop and implement 360 marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market positioning in the luxury segment.
  • Define the brand narrative and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in luxury real estate.

2. Project Launches & Campaign Management

  • Drive pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing campaigns for high-end residential and mixed-use projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Project teams to create differentiated project positioning, storytelling, and visual identity.
  • Oversee creative development and ensure brand-aligned content and collaterals.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Lead digital marketing strategy—SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and ORM—to generate quality leads.
  • Utilize analytics and performance insights to optimize digital campaigns and enhance conversion rates.
  • Ensure a strong online brand presence reflecting exclusivity and sophistication.

4. Media, PR & Events

  • Plan and execute integrated ATL/BTL and digital media campaigns.
  • Partner with leading creative and media agencies for brand campaigns, ad films, and luxury collaborations.
  • Manage PR activities, press interactions, and luxury brand tie-ups to elevate visibility.
  • Organize premium events, property showcases, and experiential marketing activities targeting UHNI/HNI audiences.

5. Customer Experience & Engagement

  • Conceptualize high-end customer engagement initiatives and post-sale brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction across all interactions.
  • Leverage client insights to refine brand communication and service standards.

6. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals and agency partners.
  • Drive collaboration across departments ensuring seamless communication between marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Monitor budgets and deliver strong ROI on marketing initiatives.
