As the Head of Marketing in our company based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in shaping a brand that goes beyond the ordinary. We are not just creating spaces; we are building sanctuaries with a strong emphasis on heritage, design, and a vision to revolutionize the way people live. Your primary responsibility will be to define and implement the brand vision across various aspects such as positioning, messaging, campaigns, and content. You will establish a modern marketing engine centered around storytelling that resonates with consumers through digital, social, experiential, and PR touchpoints. Leading integrated marketing campaigns to foster brand love, awareness, and long-term equity will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to bring innovative ideas to fruition and work closely with leadership and product teams to maintain an authentic, consistent, and aspirational brand image. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture a high-performing marketing team from the ground up. The ideal candidate for this position will have 8-12 years of experience in developing and expanding consumer brands, particularly in D2C, lifestyle, luxury, or hospitality sectors. You should possess a unique blend of skills encompassing brand strategy, content creation, and performance marketing. Your background should include hands-on experience in both agency and brand-side roles, along with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns across various channels. Strong storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for quality are essential qualities we are looking for. Moreover, your leadership experience should reflect a high standard for performance, creativity, and fostering a positive work culture. An entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and agility is highly valued in this role.
