Job Description

Role Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Manager – Micro LAP Business to lead and drive our Loan Against Property (LAP) business across Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 cities. This role will be responsible for building strong distribution networks, managing partner relationships, and driving disbursals in assigned geographies. This is a field-intensive role and will require travel within the region to understand local markets, enable partnerships, and ensure smooth fulfilment of the LAP product. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver LAP disbursal targets in assigned geographies (North). Build and manage a strong network of DSA/Channel Partners for sourcing LAP and Micro- LAP business. Identify potential growth pockets in Tier 2/3/4 cities and launch scalable distribution strategies. Work closely with Credit, Fulfilment, and Risk teams to ensure quality sourcing and smooth processing. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Regular field visits to monitor business performance and support partner onboarding & training. Provide inputs for product design based on on-ground customer/partner feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of partner or customer queries/issues. Analyze portfolio data, track KPIs and provide insights to the leadership team. Attributes We Are Looking For 8-10 years of relevant experience in Lending (LAP/Mortgages) with at least 5-8 years in field sales roles. Strong exposure to Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 cities is mandatory. Experience in a FinTech/NBFC environment is highly desirable. Proven experience in managing DSAs/partners and achieving sales targets. Comfortable with extensive travel and field work.
