GM - Marketing

Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.
• Define brand positioning and messaging across projects.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (online and offline).
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure quality lead flow and conversion support.
• Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) through targeted campaigns.

3. Digital Marketing & Performance

• Oversee SEO/SEM, paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram), email marketing, and website optimization.
• Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM).
• Supervise social media strategies and content creation.

4. Project Marketing & Launches

• Create go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new property launches.
• Collaborate with architects, design teams, and sales to develop marketing collaterals.
• Manage events, exhibitions, and roadshows to promote projects.

5. Brand Management & PR

• Ensure consistent brand image across all channels and properties.
• Plan PR activities, media coverage, influencer tie-ups, and reputation management.
• Maintain relationships with advertising agencies and media partners.

6. Budgeting & Vendor Management

• Develop and manage marketing budgets for each project.
• Negotiate and manage vendors creative agencies, media buyers, event partners.
• Ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of marketing assets.

7. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead the in-house marketing team and external agency partners.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, sales heads, architects, and finance.
• Present reports and insights to top management on marketing ROI and KPIs.
