Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Compliance and Regulations : Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety regulations. Maintain documentation and records as per regulatory requirements. Safety Inspections and Audits : Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe practices. Implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Training and Awareness : Organize and conduct safety training sessions for employees and contractors. Develop safety manuals, guidelines, and procedures. Incident Management : Investigate workplace accidents and near-miss incidents. Prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures. Risk Assessments : Perform risk assessments for various tasks and work environments. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce risks. Emergency Preparedness : Develop and maintain emergency response plans and evacuation procedures. Conduct regular drills to ensure readiness for emergencies. Collaboration : Coordinate with management, employees, and contractors to ensure safety compliance. Liaise with external agencies, such as fire departments or safety inspectors, when required.
