Safety Officer

Job Title:

Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
Implement safety policies, procedures, and compliance measures.
Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare detailed reports.
Organize and conduct safety training for employees and contractors.
Ensure adherence to statutory safety guidelines and internal protocols.
Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety standards across operations.

Requirements:

2-12 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in manufacturing/industrial/plant operations.
Strong knowledge of safety protocols, audits, and statutory compliance.
Certification in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma in Industrial Safety) preferred.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
