Hospitality Manager

Key Responsibilities:Client & Guest Experience

• Ensure a high level of service and personalized experience for clients, tenants, and guests across all properties.
• Greet and assist VIP clients during site visits, property handovers, or events.
• Act as a liaison between the company and high-net-worth clients to maintain satisfaction and engagement.

Hospitality & Facility Oversight

• Manage hospitality services and concierge functions within residential or commercial properties.
• Oversee front-of-house operations including reception, lobby experience, and guest services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, valet, catering, and other hospitality vendors to ensure service excellence.

Event & Viewing Management

• Organize property launch events, open houses, and VIP viewings with attention to detail and luxury standards.
• Support marketing and sales teams during promotional events and client interactions.

Service Quality Control

• Monitor client feedback, resolve complaints, and continuously improve service delivery.
• Develop and implement SOPs for hospitality services aligned with luxury real estate branding.

Vendor & Team Management

• Coordinate with third-party service providers (concierge, catering, valet, etc.) to maintain standards.
• Train and supervise hospitality or guest relations staff as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
