About the Role

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

  .
• Manage

  D2C (e-commerce)

  and

  Lead Generation

  campaigns with clear performance goals.
• Optimize campaigns for

  ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions

  .
• Work with designers and content teams to develop

  high-performing ad creatives

  .
• Monitor daily performance and prepare

  basic performance reports

  .
• Run

  A/B tests

  on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
• Set up and manage

  retargeting campaigns and funnels

  .
• Ensure proper

  tracking setup

  (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience

  in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with

  D2C and Lead Generation campaigns

  .

• Agency experience preferred

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Meta Ads and Google Ads

  .
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
• Willingness to work

  from office in Chalakudy, Kerala

  .

Nice to Have

• Experience working with

  multiple client accounts

  .
• Knowledge of

  funnels, retargeting, and creative testing

  .
• Basic understanding of

  landing pages and CRO

  .
