Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Max Specialist to join our Digital Marketing & Design team . This role involves producing high-quality 3D visualizations and design renders to support retail store design , brand marketing , and product presentations for our premium bathware line. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills in 3D modeling and rendering, with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to visual detail. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop photorealistic 3D renders of bathroom products and interior spaces using 3ds Max , V-Ray/Corona , and Adobe Photoshop . Collaborate with the sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to create impactful visual presentations for retail store designs , showrooms , and digital platforms . Design creative layouts and mockups for client proposals, product placements, and promotional campaigns. (Optional but preferred) Create animation and walkthrough videos for client presentations and online promotions. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all 3D projects while upholding brand consistency and design standards. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and software techniques in 3D visualization. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Quality and punctuality of 3D render deliverables. Accuracy of designs aligned with technical specifications and product dimensions. Internal and external stakeholder satisfaction with creative outputs. Direct contribution to marketing effectiveness and sales enablement through visual content. Innovation in visual storytelling, animation, and rendering techniques. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design , Architecture , Animation , or a related field. Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in 3D visualization , particularly with 3ds Max , V-Ray/Corona , and Adobe Photoshop . Prior exposure to the bathware , sanitaryware , tiles , architecture , or interior design sectors is preferred. Skills Required: Proficiency in 3ds Max , V-Ray/Corona Renderer , and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory). Working knowledge of AutoCAD , SketchUp , or similar tools is an added advantage. Strong grasp of lighting, texturing, camera settings, rendering composition, and materials. Ability to manage multiple design projects under tight timelines. Excellent visual storytelling, creativity, and presentation skills. High attention to detail, spatial awareness, and a strong design aesthetic.
