Project Sales Manager

You are seeking a highly motivated Project Sales Manager with expertise in bathware, sanitaryware, and building materials within the Building Material, Bathware & Sanitaryware industry. In this role based in Delhi, you will report to the Retail & Project Head and receive a competitive salary. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales through project-based clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and developers. You will be tasked with identifying and securing large-scale project opportunities in various sectors, developing strong B2B relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of high-value sales deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure large-scale project sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. - Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers. - Conduct market research to identify upcoming construction projects and bid for tenders. - Build a network with architects, consultants, and project management companies. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility. - Work with architects and consultants to get products specified in project designs. - Prepare and submit high-value project proposals, tenders, and quotations. - Ensure smooth delivery, installation, and post-sales service for large projects. - Track and analyze project sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. - 5-10 years of experience in project sales within the specified industry. - Strong network with industry professionals. - Experience in handling bulk sales, institutional sales, and B2B transactions. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
