Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Sales Manager located in Noida. The Project Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales to achieve project revenue goals through client acquisition and retention. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and presenting tailored ducting solutions. The role also involves collaboration with the engineering and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction, as well as monitoring market trends and competitors to enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Sales and Business Development, with a focus on industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Proven skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
  • Ability to analyze market trends and create competitive sales strategies
  • Experience in team collaboration and working closely with cross-functional departments such as engineering and operations
  • Strong communication skills, presentation abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of ducting solutions or ventilation systems is advantageous but not mandatory
