The Project Sales Manager will lead our sales initiatives across multiple projects, fostering client relationships, and directing sales strategies. This role involves overseeing a team of sales professionals, developing sales plans, and driving business growth. The Project Sales Manager works closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals. Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base. Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure client needs are met. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats. Track sales metrics and report on performance and progress. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in project-based sales. Relevant experience with Building Material segment, experience with plumbing industry will be preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing client relationships.
