About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Project Sales Manager to handle sales of architectural aluminium fabrication solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end project sales from identifying new projects and engaging with key influencers (builders, architects, consultants) to ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and map new projects and potential clients in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, and contractors.
• Present company offerings effectively and position KALCO’s strengths in the market.
• Understand client and project-specific requirements to prepare accurate proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and coordinate with project execution teams for delivery.
• Ensure timely collection of payments (advances and receivables).
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Provide regular market feedback on competition, pricing, and trends.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Sound understanding of real estate and architectural products.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, energetic, and ethical.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Management disciplines (preferred).
• Minimum 50% marks throughout academics.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of project sales experience in building materials / façade / aluminium / real estate sector.
• Proven track record of handling high-value projects (₹50 lakh and above).
• A strong network with builders and architects is a must.

Other Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred.
• Own bike for field visits.
• Honest and open to taking additional responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
