Job Description

Project Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure project-based business opportunities within the building materials industry.
Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with
architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants
.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and new opportunities.
Create, execute, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns to promote company products and solutions.
Collaborate with product development teams by sharing customer insights and assisting in product improvement initiatives.
Track and analyze sales performance, project pipelines, and market feedback to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, progress updates, and performance reports to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking platforms to generate qualified leads and expand business reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
12-15 years of experience in
project sales
, preferably in building materials, construction products, or related industries.
Strong network within
architects, contractors, builders, and project consultants
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market data, manage pipelines, and drive targeted sales initiatives.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
