Position :Vertical Head Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe Segment Company: Trance Form Dept: Kitchen & Wardrobe Segment Reporting Manager: Directors Job Summary: The Vertical Head for the Modular Kitchen Segment at Trance Form assumes a pivotal role in managing every facet of the kitchen segment. This encompasses client management, design supervision, meticulous site installation planning, and driving sales growth initiatives. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Client Management: Monitor client walk-ins and maintain effective communication to understand their requirements. Plan and execute outreach strategies to reach new premium clients and expand the customer base. Design Supervision: Oversee the design process, ensuring functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client expectations. Provide guidance and support to the design team, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Site Installation Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive plans for site installation activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Supervise site execution to ensure timely completion, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols. Sales Growth: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion. Implement strategies to increase project sales and achieve sales targets. Display Maintenance: Ensure the showroom display is updated with multiple options catering to diverse client needs. Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to procure and showcase new products and designs. Collaboration with Departments: Collaborate with sales, design, purchase, accounts, warehouse, and support teams to streamline operations. Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives. Budget Control: Identify external vendors and negotiate contracts to control project costs and maintain profitability. Monitor department budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Resolve escalated issues promptly and proactively, demonstrating a commitment to excellent customer service. Project Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of project plans, schedules, and communications for reference and reporting purposes. Generate reports on project progress, sales performance, and client feedback for management review.
