Job Description: Sales Executive / Manager – Minerals (Quartz, Feldspar, Mica) Company Overview We are a growing mining and minerals company operating under Rockhound Enterprises , engaged in the extraction and supply of Quartz lumps & blocks, Feldspar, Soda, Potash, Mica and other industrial minerals. We are expanding our domestic and export sales network and are looking for an energetic professional to drive this growth. Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Minerals Location: Gurgaon/Jaipur (Primarily Gurgaon with travel to mines and client locations in India; occasional overseas travel for exports and trade fairs) Key Responsibilities Domestic Sales - Identify and develop new clients across industries using Quartz, Feldspar, Mica and related minerals (stone processing units, ceramics, glass, foundries, etc.). - Manage and grow relationships with existing domestic customers and distributors. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms. - Track competitor pricing and market trends. Export Sales - Build and expand the export client base for Quartz and other minerals. - Research and approach international buyers, traders, and distributors. - Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage export documentation (LC, shipping, customs, HS codes). - Attend domestic and international trade fairs/exhibitions to generate leads. Market Development - Map potential applications for our minerals in new industries. - Provide regular feedback to management on customer requirements and product trends. - Develop marketing materials, presentations, and online listings. Reporting - Maintain a sales pipeline and regularly report progress to management. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
