Homfortable is a boutique hospitality brand with curated retreats and stays across unique destinations. We focus on providing authentic experiences, high-quality service, and distinctive properties under one brand. We are now entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a senior professional to drive expansion, sales, and team-building.

Position: Head of Growth & Business Development – Homfortable

Location: Gurgaon (Travel required to new and existing properties, trade fairs, and other destinations as needed)

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Expansion

- Lead the overall growth strategy for Homfortable.

- Identify and onboard new boutique properties under the Homfortable brand.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners/partners.

- Develop innovative packages and experiences to attract new customers.

Sales & Marketing Channels

- Build and strengthen domestic and international sales channels (B2B, B2C, OTAs, DMCs, corporate tie-ups).

- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and travel forums to represent the brand.

- Create partnerships with travel agents, influencers, and online platforms.

- Drive revenue growth across all properties.

Team Building & Leadership

- Hire and lead on-ground teams for new properties.

- Train, motivate, and manage sales, operations, and guest experience teams.

- Set performance goals and ensure KPIs are met.

Product Development

- Conceptualize and launch new products, packages, and experiences under Homfortable.

- Provide regular feedback to improve guest experience and brand value.

Reporting

- Report directly to the Founder/Managing Director on performance, budgets, and targets.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of new properties, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

- 7–12 years of experience in hospitality business development, sales, or operations.

- Strong track record of property acquisition/onboarding and sales channel development.

- Excellent negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

- Ability to think innovatively and create unique hospitality experiences.

- Leadership and team-building experience essential.

- Willingness to travel frequently.

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives tied to property onboarding and revenue growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
