Your Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Build the talent pipeline by partnering closely with the North American recruiting team to proactively source and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to create targeted projects.
• Conduct market research to strengthen sourcing strategies by analyzing global talent trends, competitor activity, and evolving skill sets in the market.
• Coordinate interviews and manage logistics across multiple regions and time zones to ensure an efficient and seamless candidate experience.
• Support recruiting projects and initiatives such as interview training, process documentation, and candidate experience improvements.
• Champion best practices to help ensure consistency and quality with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling coordination, ideally in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and confidently when working with international colleagues and candidates.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy.
• A team player with a collaborative spirit, positive energy, and eagerness to learn.
• Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and scheduling tools (preferably Good Time).
• Curiosity and motivation to grow sourcing expertise, including competitive research, digital marketing trends, and the use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
