Your Role

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple accounting email accounts
• Uploading invoices to Stampli (AP platform)
• Verify/process invoices for approval
• Match invoices with purchase orders
• Identify/process bank auto debits
• Enter invoices into Full Circle (our ERP system)
• Prepare weekly AP Aging to identify invoices due for payment and process approved payments via ACH & wire transfers
• Reconcile/resolve vendor statement discrepancies
• Vendor account creation and management
• Ensure completeness of vendor/invoice documentation
• Assist with month-end close tasks
• Maintain accurate records for audit & tax purposes
• Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures

Prior Experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, etc)
