Job Description A US based IT consulting and product firm, for its Chennai office is currently looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in React and .NET. Responsibilities include leading a development team, conducting code reviews, managing deliverables, and task allocation. Desired Candidate Profile Experienced in C#, .Net development Experience in React, .NET 6/7/8, .NET Framework 4.8, Web Development, Redux Hands-on experience in MSSQL Server and/or other relational database skills Ability to write and execute unit test cases Experience in Azure/AWS is an added advantage Google Cloud experience would be an additional plus Responsive design principles, CI/CD principles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Problem-solving and critical thinking, Communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities: Coordinate the monthly close process of management companies, general partners, and affiliated entities Corporate accounting journal entry and finalization of trial balance Manage expense allocations and review payments across complex corporate and fund structures Performing bank reconciliation Assistance in management reporting and budgeting/forecasting process including budget vs actual analysis and cash flow projections Drive efficiencies across all management company accounting functions through process improvements and technology enhancements Preparation of quarterly board packages and KPI metrics reports Assist in ad hoc requests, technology initiatives, and special projects Provide support for and analysis of new business initiatives for firm growth

Responsibilities Maintain full cycle accounts payable functions, expense allocations, and wire processing Complete invoice wire payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices Oversee allocation of invoices/expenses to the various funds and other inter-company entities in line with the expense allocation policy, SEC guidance, and fund governing documents. Coordinate and communicate with vendors for payment updates and billing details. Liaise with colleagues In Accounts Receivable, Accounting, & Asset Management to ensure accurate cost allocations. Manage vendor database and all required vendor information and documents. Monitor and review all employee expense reports and monthly credit card reconciliations. Manage the processing and workflow approvals of expense reimbursements to the management company from each fund vehicle. Qualifications The individual will have demonstrated an ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentwith an ability to think broadly about the business, incorporating continual improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of excellence while focusing on accuracy and efficiency. Inter CA. Prior experience working in accounts for multi national companies will be a plus.
