Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. You will contribute to building a strong employer brand, develop hiring strategies, and foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining an effective hiring pipeline will be essential to succeed in this role.


Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 Years of Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding and its application to attract top talent
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates for diverse roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
