Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation. Manage performance management systems, including appraisals and KPIs. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and change management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate or service industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
