Job Description

NMG Technologies is expanding its talent acquisition team (on Digital Marketing requirments and is looking for a Recruiter who can drive the

end-to-end recruitment process. This role is crucial to identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent across

technical and functional roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

and ensure timely closures of positions.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage the complete recruitment life cycle: requisition, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer

rollout, and onboarding.

 Responsible for end-to-end hiring for Digital Marketing roles including SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Writers, and Social Media professionals. Experience in sourcing niche marketing talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals. Strong stakeholder coordination and screening skills required.

 Source potential candidates from a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.),

social media, and employee referrals.

 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

 Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and follow up with both candidates and hiring

managers.

 Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications based on discussions with stakeholders.

 Maintain a detailed internal database of candidates categorized by skills, roles, and availability.

 Track candidate status across the hiring funnel and ensure timely updates to all parties.

 Follow up with selected candidates post-offer till joining.

 Recruit across domains including IT or software skills, such as developers, testers, designers.

Required Skills

 Prior experience in recruitment, preferably from a consultancy background.

 Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet aggressive hiring targets.

 Comfortable using MS Office and recruitment tools.

 Passion for recruitment and career development in Talent Acquisition.

 Knowledge of international hiring (especially for the Australian market) will be a plus.

 Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Location: Golf Course Road, Sector 42-43, Gurgaon

Experience: 2 years + in Recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
