Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across the Group Companies, supporting technology-driven innovations and industrial growth. The role will focus on building strong talent pipelines for emerging professionals, engineers, and technicians, while strengthening employer branding across diverse business ventures. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle hiring, implement technology-enabled recruitment practices, and promote inclusive and consistent hiring standards to support sustainable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, sourcing via online sourcing platforms, and campus/lateral hiring for manufacturing and R&D roles.
  • Lead a recruitment team, partner with business leaders on hiring needs, and optimize time-to-hire through data analytics and employer value proposition (EVP) development.
  • Drive employer branding campaigns, DEI initiatives, and compliance with Indian labour laws, targeting Pune's talent pools for e-commerce and sintered tech scalability.
  • Oversee end-to-end processes from requisition to onboarding, fostering relationships with agencies, universities, and networks for high-volume and niche hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, implement automation, and align hiring with group expansion in tech marketplaces and manufacturing.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business, or related field; certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.
  • 4-5 years in talent acquisition, with 1+ years in leadership roles in manufacturing or tech sectors, ideally in Indian SMEs with multi-site operations.
  • Proven success in high-volume hiring, employer branding, and Pune market dynamics for engineering and digital roles.
